Call-Out Meeting: Wednesday, 8/7: Afterschool in the cafeteria. Call out meeting will last 20 to 30 mins. Try-Outs Dates & Times • Thursday, August 8th – 4:15 to 6:15 pm (Day 1 – first cuts) • Friday, August 9th – 4:15 to 6:15 pm (Day 2 – final cuts) *Please bring extra water to try-outs! Try-Outs consist of mini-sets (first to 4 games) using ad-scoring. Players will be ranked based on their match scores. Players will also be rated on forehands, backhands, volleys, serves, and attitude. Players are expected to know how to play matches, keep score using ad, and standard court etiquette. Match results, ratings above, and attitude/character values displayed during tryouts will be used to determine the final team.
