Fall Creek Cross Country Summer Conditioning Plan: (This program begins June 9) The goal is to achieve one of the three total distances over Summer: 60-80-100. Pick your group based on ability and availability. 60-Novice 80-Intermediate 100-Advance- Move Groups as you get stronger and contact coach weekly about your plan through Sports You Fill out attach Run Logs and send to coach through SportsYou to hold yourself accountable. Spark 5k on 6/25 should be a goal to run if available or a timed 5k on that day SRS= Summer Runnin’ Series at HSE CC Course at 6PM. All other days are on your own runs unless marked on calendar for Saturday Group runs Special Note: All conditioning is optional but highly suggested to get in at least half the runs to have some endurance before the season begins.
